The hotel has a fantastic location, close to museums, shopping areas, and the train station. the beautiful view of the river is a plus, as well as the well-stocked refrigerator with welcome drinks. the hotel has a romantic medieval building with charming interiors.
The rooms have some electrical socket issues, not accepting the standard European plug, and there are no adaptors available at the hotel. some of the wood floors are not neatly joined, which caused snagging of stockings.
